Review by hotel critic
As an archaeologist, I often find myself exploring ancient sites, but during my recent stay at the Sinclair in Abuja, I found a different kind of treasure-culinary innovation. The in-house restaurant presented a diverse selection of international dishes that truly piqued my interest. I sampled a delightful fusion of flavors that transported me across continents, yet the menu could benefit from a broader variety for breakfast, which felt somewhat repetitive. The ambiance was conducive to relaxation, with a nice blend of contemporary décor and soft music, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. I also discovered a charming cafeteria nearby that offered authentic African dishes, providing a satisfying alternative for more local flavors. Sinclair offered an engaging culinary experience, and while the staff were courteous, the consistency in service could improve. Still, it remains a worthwhile destination for those seeking a blend of international cuisine and local charm in Abuja. I certainly plan to return.
